| A. | I, John C. Barton, am an International Neon Glass Artist with extensive background studies in arts and sculpture. I personally design and hand-blow beautiful neon sculptures, artworks, and chandeliers, which we ship around the world from our Ohio Neon Artist Studios - with Murano Italian neon glass being a specialty. Our trademarked name ‘Normā Over Paris®’ designer originals are found nowhere else. Also being former Studebaker Packard New Car Dealers in Ohio, USA, , we are the only such former dealers in the world making and hand-blowing original script neon for these fine cars. These designer neon spectaculars are prized collector’s items around the world. All of our personalized hand-blown designer originals are of the very finest commercial quality. |

Neon is mounted to deluxe black textured ABS background. Ready to hang and enjoy. We are the ONLY former Packard New Car Dealers in the world personally making and hand-blowing these Packard Neon Signs.
