Buying with AuctionWaves.comHow it worksAuctionwaves.com sells many different types of commercial assets through event based auctions generally located at the actual business location or moved to a more convenient warehouse location, since AUCTIONWAVES.COM offers nationwide service, pay close attention to the actual address where the auction preview and removal will occur. Additionally, AUCTIONWAVES.COM offers multi-location event auctions where the actual locations may be different than the main location, these locations, if they are different from the main auction address, will be noted in the item's description within that auction. Unless specifically noted, a "live" preview is offered to the general public for every event, usually the day of, or the day before the auction's closing date, with removal generally the following day(s) after the auction's closing, but always refer to the specific auction's terms and conditions to get the actual preview and removal dates and times. A buyer does not have to register in order to view any auction but must register with a valid credit card and email address in order to bid, once registered with AUCTIONWAVES.COM the number that you are emailed back will be your PERMANENT NUMBER, good for any and all other AUCTIONWAVES.COM auction events, in the event that you forget your password or bidding number contact us at info@auctionwaves.com for your information. Up until the last 24 hours preceding the auction event's end any items that a bidder might have bid on and gets outbid, will get a notice, because of the amount of bids that come in the day of the auction this feature does not continue. Within an hour of the auction event's ending an invoice is emailed to the winning bidders only. Thanks and happy bidding! Register to bidThe link to register to bid for Internet bidding is conveniently located on the left of any bidding page. If your are having trouble with the registration process, please send an email to info@auctionwaves.com. What to do if pictures and descriptions do not match?If there is a discrepancy between an item's description and its picture, bids must be placed and will stand based on the description. What happens in the case of Internet problemsShould an issue arise with the availability of our server that affects everyone's ability to bid, bidding will resume once the issues have been addressed. Information will be posted as soon as possible after any problems arise that will detail the resumption of bidding and the new closing time which will be determined. Payments and removal of merchandiseAll purchases must be paid for at the auction. We accept wire transfer, cash, checks, and Master Card/AMEX and Visa. No refunds will be issued for merchandise left over 48 hours. We make no guarantees that we will not re-sell or discard merchandise left over 48 hours. Unless prior arrangements have been made. Winning bidder notificationSuccessful bidders will receive an e-mail message within 1 hour of the auction notifying you of your purchase. If you do not, please email info@auctionwaves.com or call the managing AUCTIONWAVE.COM location to inquire about your purchases. Shipping informationWe do not ship, but agents independent of AUCTIONWAVES.COM, are listed under the shipping tab located on the left hand side of our webpage. Packing and handling of purchased lots is at the entire risk of the purchaser. FirearmsPurchasing firearms requires strict adherance to local and federal firearms regulations. Firearms must be picked up personally by the winning bidder. For more information about requirements, see the ATF. Additional auction termsIn addition to the auction specific terms listed for each sale, the following terms will apply to all of our auctions. As-is, where-isAll sales are final and, unless guarantees are specifically stated, as-is. Legal courses of actionInternet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them. Every legal remedy available will be used to insure the performance of winning bidders. Bidder accepts responsibility for and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless each seller and auctioneer and their employees, governing body, officers, owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, fees, costs and expenses including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses related to, arising from or associated with buyer's, his agents or representatives, use of the site, including but not limited to personal injuries or property damage incurred on the sale premises or during removal and transport of any auction item, and arising out of, based upon, or resulting from any breach or violation by bidder of this site user agreement or any use by bidder of the site or as a result of a dispute with another bidder. Limit of liabilityIn no event will our liability to a purchaser exceed the purchase price actually paid. Bid rejectionAUCTIONWAVES.COM reserves the right to reject any and all bids if they so choose. Announcement priorityAll announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over any printed material and this website. TransferanceNo items will be released until full payment has be received. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of buyer at the close of the auction, and buyer assumes all risk, loss and damage to property until removed from sale premises. Credit card usageA 10% credit card hold may be applied to bids to ensure performance. If the terms of the auction are not followed, AUCTIONWAVES.COM reserves the right to charge the entire amount due to the credit card on file including any storage fees and penalties. Sales taxAll sales are subject to appropriate state sales tax laws. Bid retractionBuyer must acknowledge all terms of the auction and agree not to retract the purchase offer. If you cannot satisfy the terms of the auction please do not bid. Merchandise removalBuyer shall be responsible for making arrangements for merchandise removal within two business days of the auction unless otherwise noted. Assessment of conditionBidders should rely solely on personal inspection and not on information listed on the site or otherwise provided by auctioneer or seller. Bidder's failure to inspect, or otherwise be fully informed as to the nature, quality, condition, quantity and size of any item will not constitute ground for any claim, adjustment, refund, termination of the contract for sale, or refusal to close the sale. |
